Restoration works are ongoing and most of the cables have been restored.

We understand that some telecoms service providers are still experiencing service difficulties and we are working with them to address the issues raised. As a result, the estimated time of full restoration has been revised to early tomorrow morning (November 16, 2018).

This service interruption was caused by a contractor that had severed a number of fibre cables whilst performing construction works along Tampines Avenue 9 for a third party.

NetLink Trust takes a serious view of such disruption in services caused by errant third parties. NetLink Trust is investigating this matter and will take all necessary actions against the errant contractor.
