NetLink has experienced a fibre service outage which has affected broadband services in some parts of Punggol. Approximately 500 end-user connections may be affected by this incident.

The fibre service disruption was caused by a third party's contractor damaging one of our fibre cables. The errant third-party contractor was not engaged by NetLink Trust. Our recovery team is in the progress of restoring the damaged cable and the estimated time of recovery is early tomorrow morning.

Our team is working on restoring the connections. If your service is affected by the incident, we apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while we work with your Internet Service Provider to restore your service as soon as possible.
