NetLink has experienced a fibre service outage which has affected broadband services in some parts of Toa Payoh. Approximately 900 end-user connections were affected by this incident.

Preliminary investigation reveals that the disruption was caused by a third-party contractor not working for NetLink. Our recovery team is in the progress of restoring the damaged cables and the estimated time of recovery is early tomorrow morning.
