Building with their Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) obtained by the developer after 2016 is likely to be under the Code of Practice for Info-Communication Facilities in Buildings 2013, COPIF 2013. For more information on COPIF, please refer to IMDA's website.

If Service Has Been Activated If you have subscribed to a fibre broadband service, kindly contact your Retail Service Provider for support. If Service Has Not Been Activated Please contact NetLink Trust here or call our enquiry line, at 6563 4273/ 656-FIBRE, if you wish to repair the TP or the optical fibre cable. Only NetLink Trust contractors are allowed to replace the TP and optical fibre cable. A replacement fee may apply.
If Service Has Been Activated If you have subscribed to a fibre broadband service, please contact your Retail Service Provider for support. If Service Has Not Been Activated You may engage your preferred licensed telecommunication wiring contractor directly to have your TP or optical fibre cable repaired.
Only authorised NetLink Trust contractors are allowed to remove the optical fibre cable and the Termination Point (TP). A removal fee will be charged and NetLink Trust will not be held responsible for any repainting work that needs to be done.

The optical fibre cable and the Termination Point (TP) belongs to you, the homeowner.
You are encouraged to retain the existing TP and structured cabling provided by the developer, wherever possible. However, you may remove them on your own if you wish.
Please approach your Retail Service Provider (RSP). They will advise you the next course of action and the charges applicable. Once NetLink Trust receives the request from your RSP, we will proceed with the relocation order.
