NetLink Trust confirms that the fibre service interruption affecting Yishun was resolved, on 27 June, 2018, at 0040 hours.

The fibre service interruption was caused by a third party's contractor severing fibre cables whilst performing earthworks at Ang Mo Kio Street 13. This affected approximately 950 end-users’ fibre broadband services in Yishun.

The NetLink Trust team worked closely with all relevant parties to ensure that the service to the affected area was restored as soon as possible.
