NetLink Trust confirms that the network outage affecting some areas in Jurong was resolved at 0400 hours, on 22 March 2018.

The network outage that affected approximately 700 end-users was due to a fibre cable cut caused by a third party’s contractor.

The NetLink Trust team had worked closely with all relevant parties to ensure that the service to the affected areas was restored as soon as possible.

Individuals in the affected areas can call your respective Internet Service Providers, should there be further enquiries.
