NetLink Trust confirms that the fibre service interruption was fully resolved at 2203 hours on 15 November 2018.

The service interruption was caused by a contractor that had severed a number of fibre cables whilst performing construction works along Tampines Avenue 9 for a third party. The errant third-party contractor was not engaged by NetLink Trust or its vendors.

NetLink Trust takes a serious view of such disruption in services caused by errant contractors. NetLink Trust is investigating this matter and will take all necessary actions against the errant party.

NetLink Trust will continue to work closely with all relevant parties to support end-users who may still be experiencing service difficulties.
