• Liaise between GovTech, appointed RLs and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of NBAP and other services related to Smart Nation initiatives
• Assist BD team in supporting RLs participating in major tenders involving NBAP, NRES and Segment services.
• Assist Product and BD Team to develop and conduct trials / POCs for new products


Project Management:
• Define the scope of the project, obtain Management concurrence on the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated
• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project based on the prescribed roll-out schedule
• In conjunction with Operations teams (EP, SP, OIM, IT) determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project. This include walking the ground through site visits and site surveys to better understand the on-the-ground conditions and potential challenges.
• In conjunction with EP and SP teams, plan for the deployments of NBAP / NRES / Segment services to the identified sites
• In conjunction with HODs from EP, OIM, SP and IT, identify staff with appropriate skills to join the project team.
• Act as the SPOC for NLT to coordinate activities with GovTech / IMDA / End-Users and appointed RL(s)
• Develop forms and records to document project activities
• Monitor the progress of the project and establish a communication schedule to update Management & team members on the progress of the project
• Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards; where necessary, escalate quality issues to HODs for attention
• In conjunction with BD team, attend weekly project meetings to identify deployment issues and ensure that NLT’s fibre connections are delivered on-time.
• Where there are delays, identify root cause and work out the dates for actual service delivery. Where necessary, engage Product and BD teams to revise relevant processes.
• Build rapport with working level teams within the organisations of the RLs and end-users.
Support Business Development Activities - Projects Involving Mass Deployments of NBAP / NRES / Segment Services
• Join BD Team in meetings with RLs and end-users to better understand the specific project requirments
• Perform capacity and / or coverage checks to identify potential gaps.
• Participate in joint site surveys with end-users and RLs to better understand the on-the-ground conditions and potential challenges.
• In conjunction with EP, SP and OIM, prepare network configuration and deployment plans to meet the specific needs of the project (eg: diversity requirements, cluster / zonal deployment requirements, etc.)
• Participate in clarification meetings with RLs and end-users
• Build rapport with working level teams within the organisations of the RLs and end-users to gain insights into the operational and strategic imperatives of these organisations.

Support Product Development Activities
• Join Product and BD Teams in internal meetings to better understand the key drivers and specific product requirements
• In conjunction with Product team, prepare network configuration and deployment plans as part of the pre and post sales processes
• Join Product and BD Teams in external meetings to better understand the end-user requirements in terms of network configuration, POC / trial requirements, etc.
• In conjunction with Product, define the detailed network configurations, logical and physical routings, etc to enable trials / POCs
• Support Product team to identify gaps in processes during trials / POCs to get the relevant processes revised for the actual launch.
• Support Product and BD teams to present the new products, when launched, to RLs and End-users.


• A relevant bachelor degree with good knowledge of telecommunications technologies. Candidates with a good understanding of telecommunications / ISP’s local access and domestic network requirement will have an added advantage
• At least 3 years of project management experience or other relevant experience in telecommunication industry
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problem, and make decisions that enhance effectiveness.
• Positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organisation.
