Manager, Administration (2-year Contract)

Responsible for Office Administration Function of Company.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper maintenance of office premises, including office equipment
• Ensure contracts are renewed timely
• Oversee provision of printing and stationery
• Oversee provision of pantry items
• Oversee reception function, including courier and inter-office courier
• Oversee cleanliness and security of the whole office
• Ensure meeting rooms are in good order and water supply are always available in meeting rooms
• Office reconfiguration, alternation & renovation
• Regular review to maximize space effectiveness
• Work with contractors to ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations
• Suppliers and contractors management
• Oversee on-site and off-site storage services
• Oversee Admin Executive on season parking, manning the main line, courier and etc.
• Covering the Admin Executive duties when he’s out of office
• Assignment of other duties as & when required

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline with at least 4 years of solid office administration experience
• Supervisory experience
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A good team player and highly motivated, goal-oriented
• Meticulous individual with an eye for details
• A multi tasker
• A hands-on person who is willing to get his/her hands dirty
