Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
• Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to customer needs.
• Operate as the lead point of contact for any, and all matters specific to your customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Develop a deep understanding of the consumer and corporate markets of your customers
• Develop a deep understanding of the operational and strategic imperatives of your customers
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Identify gaps between existing service offerings and fill the gaps with new offerings (jointly with Product Managers) or Customised Agreements
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of ICO services and/or Customised Agreements according to customer needs and objectives
• Gather relevant market intelligence and information to conduct analysis and produce reports to the Management team for review and discussions.
• Conduct customers' needs profiling/analysis, business development engagements, creating solution based value proposition, developing new business models and generating awareness and communication to customers
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Forecast and track key account metrics such as number of subscriptions, revenue, QoS
• Identify and grow opportunities collaborate with internal teams to ensure growth attainment
• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirements:

• A relevant bachelor degree with good knowledge of telecommunications technologies. Candidates with a good understanding of telecommunications / ISP’s local access and domestic network requirement will have an added advantage
• At least 3 years of account management or other relevant experience in telecommunication industry
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problem, and make decisions that enhance effectiveness.
• Positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organisation.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
